Hey guys. I'm in a weird spot based on the TOU of monstercat gold. I paid for a subscription and intend to use it for semi-casual twitch streaming. But I am a business entity operating on behalf of a very small LLC (single employee/owner - just me).

If I'm not using the music to sell product, actively avoiding audio for non-VOD recordings, and generally go out of my way to avoid presenting Monstercat as a business partner or sponsor in any way... would I be good?

# gaunt shard Hi! Is the intend to stream as a regular content creator? What type of stuff are...

The first question is kind of hard to answer. The second is easy: primarily software development with Q&A about the current project.

Perhaps the occasional game / fun stream to boost engagement and keep things light.

I'm basically a content creator at heart - the heart of my business is my creative works of software and design, collaborations with artists, and community engagement. But also at the end of the day, I'm trying to market my business as a small development studio with 1.5 employees.

You can check out the current project at https://rollr.org .

It's a community oriented networking site for gamers that takes a zero-cost approach for consumers. I intend to make back my investment cost (primarily in the form of my own labor) through B2B support services and community sponsorship (Patreon/Twitch).

I explicitly make my recordings without music for exactly that reason 😄

Thank you.
