I e-mailed support with no response after almost 2 weeks so trying here for clarification on a song. Specifically the issue is with Twitch flagging for muted audio. I love the song and would like for it to not mute vod audio if the song itself is under the Gold license and I therefore have rights to broadcast it as per Gold subscription.
I don't have any issues with the recording I made of the same vod up on youtube. 👍
I am subscribed to Monstercat Gold under this e-mail address and a song I previously had no issues with is now giving me muted audio on Twitch vods all of a sudden. I cannot find any information that the song is no longer licensed. I have Creator Safe Mode on in the Player.
The song in question is Men & Machines by Draper found on the Monstercat - The Best of 2013 Album as track #28. Has the license status for this song changed? How often is the license information inside the Monstercat Player updated to reflect status changes? If I have licensed songs in my library or my playlist in the Monstercat Player, and their license status changes, will they no longer be visible when Creator Mode is enabled?
If the track is indeed still licensed, can I successfully appeal the audio on Twitch to get the muted audio back? Will they continue to flag the song and mute audio on future vods?
