To my knowledge you don't, but from what I know buying gold won't help anyway since you'd need to connect your gold account to TikTok, but there's no option to do that on the site

Monstercat never issues copyright strikes to begin with. Anything marked as creator-safe will be fine to use and you won't get a strike or a takedown. I don't use TikTok so idk how their copyright system works, so what I'd recommend is you wait for someone else who understands it better to help you out
