#Immich v3.1.0 only listens on [::1] on UGREEN NAS – cannot access from LAN

Hi,

I’m running Immich v3.1.0 on a UGREEN NAS (UGOS) using their Docker Projects GUI.

Problem
The web UI is unreachable from any device on the LAN (http://192.168.86.51:2283 returns ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE).

The Immich server log always shows:

Immich Server is listening on http://[::1]:2283 [v3.1.0] [production]

What I have confirmed:

  • Docker port mapping is correct (NAS Port 2283 → Docker Port 2283 TCP)
  • UGREEN firewall is completely disabled
  • I can ping the NAS IP (192.168.86.51) from my Mac
  • The normal UGREEN web interface is reachable
  • Containers are healthy and stay running
  • Database migrations and geodata import complete successfully

What I have already tried

  • Setting IMMICH_HOST=0.0.0.0 in both .env and the environment: section of docker-compose.yml
  • Forcing the ports to "0.0.0.0:2283:2283"
  • Completely deleting the project + wiping the db and uploads folders and starting completely fresh
  • Using the latest official docker-compose.yml
  • network_mode: host (caused Postgres authentication errors)
  • Removing IMMICH_HOST entirely

None of these change the listening address away from [::1].

Environment

Has anyone successfully forced Immich to listen on 0.0.0.0 (or IPv4) on a UGREEN NAS / UGOS Docker setup?

Any working workaround would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
