#Question regarding large video uploads (over 100MB) via Cloudflare Tunnel

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the current upload behavior for large files.

In the past, I experienced an issue where video uploads exceeding 100MB would fail when connecting through a Cloudflare Tunnel. At that time, I had to switch the domain to "DNS only" (bypassing the proxy) to get the uploads to work successfully.

Currently, I am back to using the Cloudflare Tunnel. Most of my photos are under 100MB, so I haven't encountered any issues yet. However, I’m curious about how Immich handles larger files now.

Does Immich currently support chunked (multipart) uploads to avoid Cloudflare's default client_max_body_size or timeout limits? I want to know if it's now safe to upload large videos through the tunnel without further workarounds.

Thanks in advance for your help!

It still won't work, currently we're awaiting the release of resumable uploads from IETF https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-httpbis-resumable-upload/
