- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).

Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.
Without the right information we can't work out what the problem is. Help us help you ;)

No need for an export, they're all in wherever you set UPLOAD_LOCATION to
Maybe using the storage template would help to "manage" a bit more easily in some ways
But yeah they will be stored in the UPLOAD_LOCATION
Thank you for the quick response. I looked but I guess I just need to go double check myself as I didn’t see them.
I did find the photos down in sub-directories. I still feel like it would be a cool feature or have a call that could export out all photos and videos even to a single directory. I know that others must have the same concerns with their love ones not having photos should something happen to them. I appreciate your consideration ahead of time. I won’t keep bothering about this.
I mean you can just make a storage template with a single folder..
Thank you Zeus. I will read up on that cause I don’t understand it yet
The reason we don't store everything in 1 folder is because it will slow down your system when you get in the tens of thousands of pictures
You can make a storage template that does that anyway, but the slowness will be on you
Thank you and I get the reasoning as Immich’s response time is impressive. I was just wondering about a mass export as a backup for non technical family members. Legacy planning is never pleasant but trying to be responsible.
You have all the originals in a folder on your disk? I am not sure how much less technical it can get
