In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like
fdisk -landdf -h). - The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.
Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.

Troubleshooting steps: restarted the Immich / Dockge LXC in Proxmox, the Proxmox server itself, tmy modem, and my laptop
Changes made: I've recently changed the IP address as I switched modems and it was mapped from 192.168.0.* instead of 192.168.1.*. I've only done updates in the Proxmox GUI since this change
System details: Immich is running through Dockge as part of an LXC in Proxmox which is Debian based. This is on a newly built desktop machine running on a Ryzen 5 5600G and 64 GB of RAM
Storage details: The LXC itself is stored on a SSD attached to the system, whereas the images themselves are mounted via an NFS share from TrueNAS running on a ZFS array of hard drives. df -h output is attached below
Immich version: 1.135.3 running on Linux 6.8.12-11-pve
