In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

  • Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).

If I surf in dcim folder that doesn't exit I can see some photos!

Well if you can open the folder and see files clearly it does exist 👀

Folder view is folders on the servers @plush heron perhaps that is confusing you?

Is strange, on my NAS in LeonardoPhoto (main folder) is present only the DCIM folder and not dcim

But yes if from Immich I open dcim I see the same photo present in DCIM, I guess is DB issue!

Probably because doesn't distinguish the capital letters from lowercase letters I guess, sometimes my smartphone create a lowercase dcim folder near the DCIM, probably has been sync to Immich once and now is not able to remove because lower and capital letter but same name This is my thought.

Solved by clean the db there was a ghost folder
