In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

  • Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
  • Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
  • All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
  • Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
  • Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
  • Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
  • The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
  • Any other information that you think might be relevant.

Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.

Your docker/compose version is outdated

Hey I got back from holidays, So ok I updated docker and docker-compose, so now I do not have this error anymore, but I can't launch the immich server because of the port not available, how can I see which one can I use, or how I have to open a port ?

So I tried from scratch and still blocked to this step :

It was the fact that the files were on an ntfs hdd, I moved them on my SSD it's ok as for the launch of the container, but I still can't access the local url, I really don't understand what's the problem...

If you are on latest your port mapping is wrong.
Should be 2283:2283.
Always read the release notes for breaking changes

Yeah it's all good now ! The 2283:3001 was on an old file and I didn't change it that's why....

I also just tried to use the android app but keeps saying server is not reachable ? Is that normal ? when I use my mobile browser with the same address it's working fine, but I would like to use the app as the interface will be of course better

Just tried again and yeah it worked, don't know why... But finally everything looking good and smooth !
