I set up two accounts using Immich, referred to as Account A and Account B, with Account A being the main account. Both accounts have imported external image libraries. Account A has over 6,000 photos, totaling less than 200GB, while Account B has more than 50,000 photos, a bit over 1TB (mostly raw files, along with some videos).
Until yesterday, both accounts were functioning normally and could be accessed without any issues via the web or the iOS app. However, today, the iOS app suddenly failed to refresh Account B. When logging into the web interface, I discovered that Account B’s external image library shows as empty.
You can view the first two screenshots. The first account is A, and the second one is B.
I checked the library\thumbs directory, and there are two folders. Please refer to the third image. I assume the one on the left belongs to Account A, and the one on the right to Account B. The right folder shows over 120,000 files (thumbnails), which should be the ones generated earlier.
I tried rescanning Account B’s External Library, but it still shows as empty.
The current version is v1.120.1, as shown in the last image.
