If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close command, and re-open it later if needed.
If you have them in an external library changes will be recognized once you scan the library again
I Just Upload the Images about Webinterface and Android App.
Now i installed SMB and bind this Network path into my Windows Explorer and can Access this path. Would be awesome If i could edit my uploaded Images with e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom, Gimp.. whatever and this Change will be displayed
No, that doesn't work I'm afraid
Okay, that means I would have to set up an external library up to the current status and then edit the photos there and then import them again. This is feasible, but unfortunately I need a lot more storage space.
It would be nice if there was a way to use this in the future. However, I was afraid that this would be too specialized for me. I have no idea how many users would like it. I certainly do 🤣.
@prime flare maybe you can Push that topic of internal Meetings?
I'm just a voluntary helping hand, I don't actually work on immich
Ah okay. Thx for your Hand my friend 😀
Okay, I've done it this way now:
I have loaded a path via compose file which I have included as an external library. I would now like to display this library automatically in an “ext_lib” album. Is there a routine for this?
I have mounted the folder on the host via SMB in Windows and can now edit my files there.
Last question: Can I effectively “convert” the uploads I have made so far into an external library ?
