Please post your compose and env. Also shell into the Immich server container and see if you can access the files

Ahh.. Ok i cant see see anything in /mnt under the shell

#

What the heck.

#

So does this mean some kind of permission problem has popped up? I am not sure what could have caused this problem as everything seemed to work before...

Could be. Confirm all your paths. Bring the docker full stack down and back up. Maybe it had a drop out and that caused error

timid jetty
#

ok I will give that a go..

#

composed down and then compose up... still offline

#

All paths are same as the file structure..

#

Yeah it was working perfect then. I'm guessing this is an error that my unraid is not allowing access to these directories for some reason all of a sudden. I'm not sure why

#

is it normal that my immich is running as a user "999" ?

timid jetty
#

Alright, I have no idea why I can't see the directory from the immich console. Is there anythging i should be checking on my unraid server?

timid jetty
#

OK Got it.. damnit it was absolutely my fault. Typo in my docker compose.

#

Sorry for the trouble, all the best.
