Hi, i tried to implemend cloudflare to get access from outside my home.
i passed successfully the url and the i tried the login to my immich account but it does not work.

any ideas to troubleshoot?

I use the cloudflare Zero Trust App to Connect

Can you login from Safari or any other mobile browser using the same details?

If you have some sort of intermediate authentication going on that won't work with the app.

Depending on what exactly you have set up you could maybe either pass some key in the URL to do the authentication or don't use the cf access stuff and instead use an oauth provider to enhance the resiliency of the service

But that strongly depends on your deployment. Tl;dr is simply that some extra login process won't work (how would it?)

What is the Cloudflare one app doing I hoped this app can make the connection?

Not sure. This is not an Immich issue though. You will need to work with the Cloudflare service to get it to where you don't have to login to cloudflare before logging into immich
