Is there a known issue with assets not being detected as already uploaded on mobile?
I switched to a new phone and some assets are shown as "on server" and "not uploaded", basicially shown twice. Is there something I can do to fix that?

i'm having this same issue
a bunch of photos show the same image duplicated, one with checkbox cloud and next to it no striked through cloud (i can't remove that from immich either).
does this have something to do with icloud shared libraries having a local version (on the iphone) of a lower resolution photo vs. the main file uploaded to immich already?

To understand better, the files are exactly the same? If so I guess all you'll have to do is try to upload them, wait for them to be rejected from the server (because they're exactly the same) and they'll be blacklisted. Have you tried such a scenario with some images?
