libraries wont detect my photos

i recently set up immich to make it easier to access family photos but i cant seems to get the external libraries working,

i can access my files from both bash shells, i set the import path to the same path i can access from the shells,
i followed the guide on the docs,
the logs don't have any errors or warning,
i run immich on a rpi4 using docker here's my docker compose file

Did you set the user import path as well?
