Hi all,
I have deleted quite some duplicates with an external tool as I have added external libraries containing pictures that were already uploaded in the default galley.
To keep my sorting of files I have deleted the duplicates from the UPLOAD folder so the ones uploaded by Immich android app.
I can't find a way too clean up the deleted pictures that still appear as duplicates in my timeline. Is there a way to achieve this?

Adding to this, I had a couple of files where the exif data was very wrong and the dates were about 30,000 years in the future. I have removed those files manually, but still get the server errors from them.
So anyway to re-scan & remove missing files would be great

I also got this problem one day and I find a solution (any admin could correct me If needed) under your profile you can go to parameter then you have your library config.
Insite this library you have the option to scan only the recent file that has been updated and then to remove all offline file
I have done it on the desktop side and under a connected profile
I just want to highlight that may not be all good because since this action on my side I got some photo from my android that is duplicated for a reason I don't yet find :/
Exemple you can see I have a upload one and next to it one that is mark as not uploaded.
