like accepted, rejected, maybe duplicate/invalid, so it's more apparent what the status of a suggestion is. there could be a pinned post at the top of this channel explaining the meaning of the tags

I made the pinned post for the suggestions channel in another server, if it helps:

This is a forum channel in which anyone can make suggestions on how we can improve the server.

Voting

You can react with 👍 to signal approval for a suggestion, or 👎 to signal disapproval. A majority being in support of a suggestion does not automatically mean we will implement it. We will take into account, among other things, the overall amount of interest in the suggestion, the effort required to implement it, and how controversial it is. This channel exists mainly as a guide for staff to see what people want, and overall we tend to implement suggestions that are popular.

Tags

  • added: We have implemented the suggestion
  • rejected: We have decided to not implement the suggestion
  • joke: The suggestion is non-serious. These are allowed, though remember to add the tag before posting
  • invalid: The suggestion cannot be implemented
  • duplicate: The suggestion has already been made before
