One other tip: medium format photography has a more boxy aspect ratio (4:3), so while not square, you're more likely to get an image with a composition that suits a square frame

But larger frames or sensors also impact the focal length; whether or not DALL·E understands this by putting the information together, I don't know, but it's worth considering if you're not getting expected results
