Bug Report: Getting locked out of chat after only chatting for five minutes
`Steps to Reproduce`

I go to the system thing enter a ticket, but then I have to wait several days for a response from the support team on ChatGPT

`Expected Result`

I keep on getting locked out of my chat with ChatGPT after five minutes of chatting, and it keeps on saying that It tells me to wait 20 minutes before I can chat again. ChatGPT needs to check something before I can chat again and It locks again after about 5–10 minutes later

`Actual Result`

It’s not even doing anything I have to wait
