Bug Report: Prompt input field and other UI elements gone
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open a new session, write a prompt to ChatGPT.

`Expected Result`

Expect the input field for the prompt and other UI elements in the chat window to always be visible even when AI is thinking and responding or at the very least come back after the fact.

`Actual Result`

Input field for prompt and other UI elements disappears after input in a session while the AI is responding and doesn't render back without toggling the in-app chat session window.

PC, Windows 11 (up-to-date), ChatGPT desktop app version 26.901.51231
