Bug Report: Unable to download MD file in work mode.

`Steps to Reproduce`

Have the AI review a repository using work mode and tell it to create an MD file? I told it to push the file immediately but it didn't listen and said it needed explicit permission. Wait for a while and then you won't be able to download it. It says it downloads but then it errors.

`Expected Result`

Md files should be available for download at least 24 hours to 48 hours after I would expect as long as the chat exists.

`Actual Result`

I have repeatedly lost MD files because I can't download them. The AI said there was a problem with the previous scratch Check out no longer mounted After the session rolled over.
