Bug Report: Linux Desktop – Starting Voice from Chat creates a “New voice chat — Work” conversation
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open the ChatGPT Linux desktop app.
    2.Create a New chat.
  2. Switch to Chat.
  3. Do not send any text message.
  4. Start Voice.
  5. Observe that the newly created voice conversation is created as “New voice chat (labeled as Work)”.
`Expected Result`

Starting Voice while Chat is selected should either:

start a regular Voice conversation in Chat (not work) , or
if Voice in Chat is currently unsupported on Linux, clearly indicate that this feature is unavailable instead of silently switching the conversation to Work.

`Actual Result`

When Voice is started from a new, empty Chat conversation, the app switches to Work and creates a conversation labeled “New voice chat — Work”.

Voice works, but the conversation is created in Work instead of Chat. There is no warning or indication that Chat Voice is unavailable or that starting Voice will switch the conversation to Work.
