Bug Report: Audio playback reads older briefing instead of current visible message in one specific conversation
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open the ChatGPT iOS app. Open the conversation „xyz Briefing“. Scroll to the latest daily briefing message. Tap the audio icon directly below the current briefing. Listen to the playback.

`Expected Result`

The audio playback should read the current visible briefing message that the audio icon belongs to.

`Actual Result`

The audio playback reads an older briefing or another previous message from the same conversation, sometimes from one or two days earlier. The current briefing text is displayed correctly, but the audio seems linked to the wrong message.

ChatGPT iOS app, device iPhone, iOS version 26.2.1, app version ChatGPT 1.2026.209,
