Bug Report: Responses to prompts disappearing mid generation
`Steps to Reproduce`

When submitting a prompt, chat will produce an answer that disappears mid way through and is no longer visible

`Expected Result`

Response should generate and be visible upon completion

`Actual Result`

Response not showing at all, just blank space where it should be
