Bug Report: New desktop app freezing a LOT
`Steps to Reproduce`

I opened the app on my windows 11, it opens it freezes, it unfreezes, I start a new project it freezes, it unfreezes, I start typing and it actually puts text in the box after maybe a minute I wait to see if it will act normal it does not.

`Expected Result`

To open the app have it load and be able to type regularly without delay or constant freezing and to be able to quit it from the tray and not have to force quite via task manager.

`Actual Result`

Freezes at least a few times everytime I open the app or switch folders. Then trying to quite it won't and have to force quit via manager.
