Bug Report: Chats loading
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open ChatGPT, look at side bar. That's it.

`Expected Result`

Opening ChatGPT should show

`Actual Result`

Open ChatGPT on any platform, Browser, Desktop App or Mobile, all get is a spinning UI element

`Environment`

Current up to date versions for both macOS and Windows 11 Pro of Firefox, Edge, Safari (macOS), Windows App, macOS App.
