Bug Report: Legacy Saved Memory automatically switching to New Version (Memory Summary)
`Steps to Reproduce`

Scroll down to memory and click on the underlined 'saved memory'
Then ontop it'll say revert back to legacy experience and click it Interact normally with ChatGPT (send messages, idle briefly, etc.) Or refresh the browser.
After a few minutes, observe the memory option automatically revert to the new memory summary.

`Expected Result`

The selected memory option (legacy saved memory) should remain consistently active, regardless of the amount of time or activity within the chat session, until explicitly changed by the user.

`Actual Result`

The memory option automatically resets and switches back to the new memory summary periodically after interaction or a few minutes of inactivity, disregarding user preference for legacy saved memory.

`Environment`

CHATGPT Web browser and App.

The option to turn off reference chat history is missing too, which is possibly causing this switch to constantly happen as there is no way to turn off, given the new memory function needs other chats

Tried troubleshooting and understanding this issue further but it's as what the problem describes, gpt just switches to the newer memory system whenever it wants to and will not respect the preference to use the legacy memory system
