Bug Report: Date of reset delayed

`Steps to Reproduce`

yesterday i had date of 27.05 when limit would reset today its 31.05, maybe issue is with that i bought 250 credits to finish my project yesterday,

`Expected Result`

the date of reset shouldnt change

`Actual Result`

the date of reset changed by 4 days

Codex on Windows 11 Pro

the reset is always 7 days from the first usage … and everytime Tibo presses the reset button (which happened yesterday)
