Bug Report: codex desktop log-in issue
`Steps to Reproduce`

login with an account in the codex desktop app

`Expected Result`

phone verification works normally, i receive the otp, enter it, and i am logged in.

`Actual Result`

whenever i try to login with an account in the codex desktop app, it asks me of a phone number, but whenever i use my phone number it tells me "Unable to send a verification code to this phone number. Please try again later or use a different number"
