So for anyone confused about token quota: It's a limit, not something you can put in your pocket. There are two limits, one for token consumption within a 5 hour period, and one for consumption within a 7 day period.

#

The quota is a sliding quota. There aren't fixed time blocks. You can use 25% of the quota and take a break and when you come back you might be back at 100% - because you're now in a different 5 hour window. That's why there is a weekly window.

#

A Reset is kind of gift, not an obligation and not something to beg for, but more something to be appreciated when it's given. A Reset is a way of saying "we know you consumed tokens during this period but we'll pretend you didn't, so now you have the full quota to consume again." So a Reset means they are removing consumed tokens from the account, not adding tokens to the account.

#

Each subscription tier has higher limits, so you can consume more tokens before you hit the limit. When you hit the limit, just go get some tea or think about projects, read email, write some code on your own, plan out the next task, create an Issue report, just do something else - the quota will refresh at the end of the time period.

#

If you really Need to continue using the product after reaching the quota, you have two options. First, upgrade your tier. Second, pay for some more tokens. You can switch your transactions to an API key and pay the trivial amount until the quota resets.

Did I get anything wrong here? I'll correct it.
