Bug Report: API usage stats are so bad for UX I consider this a bug
`Steps to Reproduce`

Visit the platform.openai landing page for 1, and visit the platform usage page for 2 and observe the statistics

`Expected Result`
  1. I would expect the default home page dashboard to default to "all projects". 2. I would like refreshing the usage page to maintain the selections I made without having to reselect after I refresh and this should also default to "all projects"
`Actual Result`

You only see default project default for both, which leaves you staring at a spend amount with 0 usage if you are using custom projects and on the home page there is no way to change this
