Bug Report: Codex usage stats are not in the user's timezone
`Steps to Reproduce`

Exist while not in UTC (specifically UTC+10 here), and look at the codex usage page on the website

`Expected Result`

If I do nothing in codex for a full day, I expect to see nothing on the codex chart for that day

`Actual Result`

Work I do the next morning appears on the chart for the day before, because I am in a high + timezone
