Bug Report: Pin limit is incorrect
`Steps to Reproduce`

Try to pin more than 3 chats.

`Expected Result`

You can pin.

`Actual Result`

I get a pin limit error. There is no good reason for this limit to be less than what can be held by a 16 bit integer
