Bug Report: Legal name displayed/used instead of user name.
`Steps to Reproduce`

5.5 instant randomly called me by my legal name instead of my user name like the models always do.

All my username and display name fields say my chosen name, not my legal name. Today the web UI randomly showed my full legal name instead of my username in Chrome on Windows.

This isn't just about preference, it's a respect issue. It can be really upsetting to see a dead name for some users. This needs to be fixed. It needs to respect the user name.

`Expected Result`

It should never show the legal billing name. It should always display and use the user chosen name.

Randomly displays the legal/billing name despite fields being correct.
