Small feature suggestion for ChatGPT Projects:
Subfolders inside Projects
Projects are becoming powerful as structured workspaces, especially with Sources, memory, custom GPTs, and long-running threads. One limitation is that larger Projects can become crowded once they contain many focused threads.
A simple subfolder layer inside Projects would help users organize related chats without needing to create entirely separate Projects.
This would make Projects much more useful for long-term work, research, business planning, education, and personal systems. It would also reduce clutter while keeping related context inside the same Project boundary.
Even a lightweight folder/tag grouping system for chats inside Projects would be a big improvement.
