Bug Report: Color theme contrast switch not working
`Steps to Reproduce`

Switch the contrast on web app

`Expected Result`

I am not sure, I never used it because, the old color theme fit me well. Today I found the color theme changed to a new one, that is much more dark and has too much contrast.

`Actual Result`

I hoped to fix the issue by switching contrast from system to medium or at least make it better. But changing the contrast does nothing.

Version 148.0.7778.97 (Official Build) (64-bit). Google chrome
