Bug Report: STT fails to trascribe voice to text even in short sentence
`Steps to Reproduce`

start voice recording Speak 2 frases. Wait for it to turn to text.

`Expected Result`

voice typed into text

`Actual Result`

nothing. no speech to text input

windows 11 chrome/firefox/edge/safari/opera/windows app/android app

Have error msg on mobile (iphone) using mic / transcription mode, "you've made too many requests" error 429.
voice conversation mode responds ok, but transcript fails.
Windows app voice / transcript mode fails silently.
so it's not just me 🙂

After an hour or so, things worked fine again.
May be just me, but it actually appeared to be faster with transcriptions.
