Perplexity already offers a very useful feature: exporting conversations as Markdown or PDF.
I believe ChatGPT should support this natively as well.
Especially now, with the growing use of:
SKILL.mdAGENTS.md- project planning docs
- Codex workflows
- structured AI collaboration

Currently, preserving chats cleanly is cumbersome:
- copy/paste breaks formatting
- code blocks become messy
- long planning chats are hard to archive properly
- browser PDF printing is inconsistent
A native export option would massively improve workflows for developers, researchers, founders, and power users.
Suggested export options:
- Export as
.md - Export as
.pdf - Optional: export selected messages only
This feels like the ideal time to add such a feature, especially as ChatGPT evolves into a more serious long-form productivity and development environment.
