Bug Report: Atlas: ChatGPT file/context links stop responding after first click until page refresh
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open ChatGPT inside the Atlas browser.
  2. Open a chat containing attached files, project files, or context/download links.
  3. Click a file link or download link once.
  4. Attempt to click the same link again without refreshing the page.
  5. Observe that the link no longer responds until the chat/page is refreshed.
  6. Refresh the page and repeat the test; the issue happens again after the first click.
`Expected Result`

File links, context links, and download links should remain clickable and usable multiple times without requiring a page refresh.

`Actual Result`

After the first click, the link appears to stop responding. Additional clicks do nothing until the page/chat is refreshed. After refreshing, the link works once again and then breaks again after the next click.

Atlas browser on macOS. Observed inside ChatGPT chats with attached files, project files, context links, and download links.
