Bug Report: Sora Character API Voice Not Copied
`Steps to Reproduce`

Create any non-human character via API
Create a video with that character
The voice of that character sounds nothing like source video
My input has been a mix of mp4 and mov, they both seem to have the same issue

`Expected Result`

The voice should sound exactly like source video & weeks ago it did

`Actual Result`

The character’s voice sounds nothing like source video
