Bug Report: Codex credits vanished and usage reset changed

`Steps to Reproduce`

Buy codex credits
Use codex credits
Take a break and come back to codex later

`Expected Result`

Codex credits persist
Codex time to reset sub usage stays consistend

`Actual Result`

Purchase credits went fine initially. Credits appeared, I worked a bit with codex.
Then I left, shutdown laptop, and come back to see zero credits and also my sub usage time to reset changed from 11am pst this morning until 10:35 pm.
Please help!
