Bug Report: Previous Prompt/Previous Response arrows gone
`Steps to Reproduce`

Regenerate a response or edit a prompt. The arrows for the previous responses/prompts are gone.

`Expected Result`

The arrows to be there and the prompt/response number to be there.

`Actual Result`

No previous prompt arrows, no previous response arrows.

`Environment`

Windows 11, ChatGPT Website.
