#Grainy / Noisy Images Issue – Need Help

Can someone help me with this?
I’ve been having a problem with the images I generate. A lot of them end up with a kind of grainy / noisy “static” effect, like unwanted texture or subtle pixelation in some areas.

I’m not sure if this is caused by something wrong in my prompt, the model itself, or maybe lighting/render quality issues.

I’ve tried adjusting a few things, but this effect still shows up sometimes and it really hurts the overall quality, especially when I’m trying to get a clean and sharp image.

Is this something normal?
Is there a proper way to avoid this kind of grain/noise and get cleaner results?
If anyone knows what causes this or has tips to fix it, I’d really appreciate it.

Try adding this to your prompt. It works for me, but I'm unsure if it will work for you.

Avoid adding specular highlights or white noise across the frame. Do not apply any image sharpening, and refrain from using the Clone Stamp tool for repetitive or seamless scene duplication.

Or

I want to upscale the image.Avoid adding specular highlights or white noise across the frame. Do not apply any image sharpening, and refrain from using the Clone Stamp tool for repetitive or seamless scene duplication.

Or

Optional:

Keep the composition clean with ample negative space; avoid clutter.

None of these things work.

There’s still a lot of noise and static.

Case in point. Very grainy and not smooth.

True, I tested it and even then the chat doesn't obey, not to mention that if you request something it duplicates it, and if you select the field it simply removes the object even without having been asked to remove it.
