Bug Report: Payment error

`Steps to Reproduce`

I updated my payment on open AI and when I am about to upgrade the plan it give me an error "payment error, card may be invalid or authentication nedeed"
I authorized the card when I add it but when I am doing the payment there is no request for authorization
I tried with a different card, different network, clear the cookies and always the same error

`Expected Result`

Upgrade the plan

Error "payment error, card may be invalid or authentication nedeed"
