Bug Report: Download links fail and end of a GPT chat

`Steps to Reproduce`

Continue chat until "You've reached the maximum length for this conversation, but you can keep talking by starting a new chat." message appears. If the last GPT output includes download links then these links fail.

`Expected Result`

Download links in last chat message should work.

`Actual Result`

Download links fail. As a result we not only need to start a new chat, but repeat the last prompt again to create a new download file from scratch instead of being able to download what was already finished.

Windows 11, Edge browser.
