`Steps to Reproduce`

I’m on ChatGPT Pro $100/month. I’m seeing: “Your access to GPT-5.5 Pro is temporarily limited. Contact support” message when trying to use it.
This message is active starting yesterday, that is, beyond a 5-hour usage limitation window, so it does not appear to be a usage cap issue.
Please confirm whether this is an abuse-guardrail restriction, a false positive, or a model-specific quota that I was not informed of at signing.
When will my GPT-5.5 Pro access be restored?
I guarantee that I am not.
