Bug Report: Codex answers malformed - illegible
`Steps to Reproduce`

Running normal coding or review exercide on Codex 4.4 high or Medium (Tested on both) - Malformed text shows after a while (seems like Yoda)

Proper text

That helps coordination without controlling implementation.
