Bug Report: Lost Pro Account Access
`Steps to Reproduce`

My account was downgraded to Plus from Pro without my prompting. I am unable to upgrade to pro on the web site

`Expected Result`

Upgrade from Plus to Pro on web site should work properly

`Actual Result`

When I try to upgrade my account from Plus to Pro, the webpage tells me that the action can't be completed
