Bug Report: Missing GPT 5.4 Mini In Codex
`Steps to Reproduce`

After the latest update, 5.4 mini did not appear in the model switcher, but did show up as a custom model instead in preset threads.

`Expected Result`

I expected 5.4 mini to be available.

`Actual Result`

It was not in the model switcher.
