Bug Report: Batch input file with 3 lines leads to 100s of responses with GPT-5.4-pro
`Steps to Reproduce`
Probably not reproducible and I am not willing to check because this already cost me hundreds of dollars that I'm struggling to get support to refund me.
`Expected Result`
When the input file is 3 lines, you should get and output file with 3 responses.
`Actual Result`
I got no output file, an error file saying one line had a 503 and the other two couldn't be done in the 24 hour window, and then hundreds of responses in the logs that have outputs from the models (each of the 3 input prompts was run through the model ~200 times).
